Reiki Miracle with Cancer
I was treating a client who had cancer and while I was going through some emotional challenges myself at this time, decided to surrender myself and him for healing. As soon as I had I done this, I became aware that Christ was standing at my client's head. I physically saw him with his hands placed on my client's shoulders and felt a tremendous surge of energy. I heard, "he is healed and so are you!"

After grounding my client I could still physically see Christ standing at my client's head. He took longer than normal to 'come around' after the treatment and couldn't understand how I could be standing away from his body. He still felt like he was being touched/healed around his head and shoulders. About a week later I saw him. He had been receiving treatment for cancer and was told by his consultant that his 'healing' was not due to his hospital treatment. I truly believe we both experienced a miracle simply by surrendering to it. Theresa Monson

A Seagull Receives Reiki
I work in downtown Seattle in a very busy attorney's office. I also offer my administrative services to nine additional law firms that occupy our floor. On my way to work one morning, and after parking my car, I glanced over to a seagull that was causing havoc with three lanes of traffic! The poor thing couldn't fly. It kept stretching out its wings, but to no avail could it help itself out of the way of street with oncoming cars and buses that traveled those three lanes. I managed to coax the bird out of the street and onto the sidewalk. I calmly spoke to it and it managed to hop on the steps of a nearby establishment. I hurriedly threw my bags down on the steps and proceeded to speak softly as I confidently approached the seagull. The seagull seemed to be soothed by my voice and allowed me to step closer and then touch it. I performed Reiki on that seagull. I didn't care who was around. All that mattered to me was the fact that this was a living bird and we both breathed the same air. To my surprise, the seagull allowed me to actually pick it up. I spoke to it kindly as its eyes looked into mine. I was amazed at this experience. The seagull flapped its wings and flew out of my arms. It landed on the pavement of the sidewalk and just waddled away. I stood still to watch where it was going. It flapped its wings and flew up, up into the sky and away. I continued to stand still and as I did, I reflected upon what had just happened for the very first time in my life! I am so blessed to have Reiki in my life and I know that I can make a difference for the good in someone's or some bird's life. Victoria Gaines

Wonderful Reiki Healing!
I got my Reiki I attunement in July 1997 in India. At the time I was suffering from hypothyroidism, and had had a total hysterectomy. I was on HRT, Calcium and Eltroccin for over 5 years and used to get a check-up regularly by an endocrinologist. Soon after my Reiki attunement, on an impulse, I stopped the medication and continued with my Reiki self-treatment daily. I took my Reiki II attunement August 1997. When I went in for my check-up in September 1997, to the amazement of the Doctor and myself, my T3, T4 and TSH levels were well within the limits and I had not taken any hormones for almost 3 months. But my endocrinologist told me it could be a temporary remission and asked me to check-up after six months. Lo and behold, after 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and today almost after 6 years I am absolutely fine according to my regular medical check-ups and blood tests. Thanks to Reiki. Today I am a Reiki Master in Kolkaata, India, conducting classes with very good results. Bhanumathi Venkatraman

Reiki Heals Lump In Breast
I am a second degree Reiki practitioner and my sister trained me. I have seen so many miracles in the time I have been certified that I truly believe in Reiki. I have always felt a calling, if you will, to something greater than just the 'day-to day' understanding.

Prior to Reiki I had taken some tests, a mammogram, and then a sonogram. The findings were a lump in my left breast and they wanted me to go for an MRI. In the interim my sister invited me up to a training class for Reiki that she was giving which I graciously accepted as I was grasping at hope and my faith was all but a fading light on a burnt out candle. I went and had an intensive 3-day training in Reiki 1 & 2 and passed! She does put me through the grinders you know, little sister and all! I came home glowing! I felt so complete and together! Nothing could drag me down!

I went for the MRI and continued the self-Reiki and MAP sessions that I was taught. Two weeks after the MRI I finally called for answers and was told that there were no unusual tissues, no masses and no lumps in either breast and that all was clean and negative!

I am so grateful. I have the ability to help my self and others through Reiki and I intend to make it a very intimate and necessary part of my life! I am so glad I have taken the steps to a more spiritual, universal and healing future. Thank you and most of all thanks to my sister, Jeanne Boyce, RM who brought this into my life!
