Peace through Reiki
My younger sister recently passed on due to Cancer. She loved Reiki and whenever I walked into her room her face became very relaxed and peaceful and this is how she left us. While I do have a heavy heart right now It is also at peace because of the look on her face while I did Reiki on her. In her own way she let me know everything was going to be ok as she left to meet her Higher Power. I will treasure that look always, and when I am sad I just think of that peace and smile on her face then I have to smile and carry on. Fran

Reiki Heals Disabling Back Condition
Dearest William, I hope all is well with you in spite of these very trying and tragic times our country is going through, In spite of this I have had the most incredible experiences because and through these tragedies through the loving spirit and energy of Reiki. I will always cherish you as my teacher and I thank you.

I am gearing up to teach my first First and Second Degree Class the first weekend in November in Montague, MI. I first started medical practice about a half mile where the facility stands where I will be teaching Reiki in an Integrated Professional group of physical therapy, physicians, chiropracters and massage therapists also an Oriental Medicine Doctor. I cannot tell you William how Reiki and the continuing study of metaphysics and alternative medicine has TOTALLY changed me and my life. I had so many medical specialists tell me I would never practice medicine again, accept my spinal condition and its pain - and go home and live with it.

Now, here I am - a year after completion of the Reiki Master training with you, getting ready to teach my first class (I have instructed individuals) and - I'm going to start practicing Reiki in this new facility instead of out of my home. I feel like the Phoenix rising out of the ashes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Forgive me for blathering on here - but I am so excited - I am walking away from the stigma and feeling of "Disabled" into the light of a working professional woman after 11 years and six back surgeries. Bless you for your help. I plan to use your manuals and teaching structure of course - and keep your methods pure - while adding my personality and style, so I will be ordering manuals. I also plan to come over and take the Karuna Reiki possibly in the spring.

Color Blindness Healeds
I was attuned about 3 weeks ago now and I use to be shade blind. I could see colors to an extent, but after the attunement I am able to see all colors and the brightness to them. It was a life changing experience. I am now going to go through with learning more and becoming a practitioner.

Miraculous Healing
Recently I was requested to send healing to a friend's father who was at death's door and was given his last rites. Many of us, who are friends were called on to pray and send healing. There were some of us in this group who do Reiki. We were told that he underwent surgery and is recovering quickly. My friend's father had what some people close to him say...a miraculous recovery and we agree. Those of us who sent energy were all trained by you William and I believe that links us together in a very special way. In a really powerful and completely whole way because of what you taught and the way you taught it. It was truly magical to participate in this healing for me and I felt jettisoned into an attunement at another level. I would like to talk to you about organizing a group to send out healing to whoever needs it...much like a prayer line. If people can afford a donation to the center wonderful...if not, we could still send to them and give back this gift. I would like to have a committed group of us to channel to people long distance and also maybe to organize a group who would be on call to special situations where healing was needed in person. I would personally volunteer to do this work on an on-call basis and would assist in any way I can to make this project happen. I believe there is a need out there for this. I think it made a huge difference to have all of us from your training and it would be a powerful force in the world for more healing for everyone. I look forward to hearing from you when you can.

Reiki and Thyroid Cancer
I had a total thyroidectomy 11 months ago, though at first I tried to treat with Reiki, it was too stubborn to go, as I had to learn a lesson. As after surgery, I wasn't given the harmony supplement as the whole body scan had to be done to know if cancer had spread, also an ablation dose of radio-active Iodine had to taken orally, during which most complain of being too sick, but as I started giving Reiki to self, I had no side- effects, am able to do all my work as before, even walk for 40 min. which was a far fetched dream earlier!! Also am able to support a few who learnt about me from the cancer site, to have a positive attitude, also one lady who was losing a pound a day before her surgery, stopped losing after I gave her Reiki, through distant healing only.
Thanks to GOD & Reiki I'm alive, & above all feeling fine too.

Hives
I am fairly new to Reiki having received the first and second attunements in June. Having many physical problems myself, I have used Reiki every day on myself and have found much improvement in my health. I sent Reiki to my sister (without her knowledge) as she has suffered with hives for more than a year and despite all medical testing cannot come up with a cause. After 3 Reiki long distance healings, her hives have decreased significantly and almost disappeared. I thank God every day for finding Reiki and making it a part of my everyday life. Kay

The rewards of Reiki
Before I took Reiki, my life had kind of stopped. I was in healthcare and burning out, and after Reiki one, it all started to happen. I started to draw angels and there was an article after the first gift rolled angel I gave someone that made it in seven suburbs about this art! I still don't know how to draw and I know some artists spend half a life before getting in the paper. I was humbled. Then, I began life long dream.. to sing in front of people and developed quite a liking to it!! Recently, someone just gave me a guitar because I said I was thinking of taking lessons. Someone I just met. In Reiki, we are told to focus on the miracles..wow!!! Life keeps getting better all the time. Hospice Healing
A friend of mine had lung cancer and when I found out about it she was already in the hospital. The doctor's held no hope and she was dying when I and another friend arrived. She was in a lot of pain and the nurses were contacting her family to come and make arrangements. A matter of hours they said. My friend and I started to use Reiki over the area where her tumor was and then proceeded to do a full body. She said the heat felt so good to her because she had been so cold. We stayed about an hour and realized her aura was very close to her body. The family came and we left to give them privacy. The next day we went back and she asked us to do "whatever it was we did again" she said she slept like a baby and had no pain. The first time in months. We gave her another treatment. The nurses saw what we were doing and closed the door to give us privacy. She sat up and spoke for a little while then fell asleep as we continued treating her. The next day I went back to see her and my heart sank; the bed was empty. I asked where she was...(meaning which funeral home) they said she went home. I could not believe it. I found her at a home of one of her friends who asked us to give Reiki treatments to her because of a bad back. We did this gladly since she was taking care of our friend. My friend eventually passed (two months later) but not in pain and fear in a hospital bed but in a home with people who loved her by her side. I treated her with Reiki energy until it felt like she was ready to go forward. She had no fear...and no pain and it was a tremendous blessing for me ...one I will never forget.

Reiki Heals Child Bite
Recently while sitting next to my 9 year old daughter in a car leading to the top of one of the highest roller coaster hills in the world, I place my arm across my daughters body to help ease her trepidation and anxiety (and mine)about the upcoming controlled fall through space... leaving my arm across her body, we began the accelerating descent... Without realizing what she was doing, my daughter bit down on the back side of my triceps muscle and hung on..Amidst the howling of all the riders my daughter heard my howling plea to stop biting me...and did so... I could tell that she had gotten me good and wondered (as the ride continued) whether the liquid feeling in the spot of the injury was blood flowing... exiting the ride I could tell that my arm was swollen and that the skin felt broken...we (my wife, daughter, son and myself) examined the injury... although her teeth had not torn my t-shirt (through which she had bitten me) the skin was torn and the injury was black and blue and extremely swollen...I could feel the swelling moving outwards and inwards and remember thinking "Oh, this will be with me for a few days...it felt that bad" Distressed and profusely apologizing, my daughter placed her hand over the wound and immediately started sending healing into the wound, and for the next hour she and my wife applied hands on healing Reiki energy to the wound.... After that hour of treatment (which was performed while we walked around the amusement park enjoying other attractions)... examination of the wound revealed that the skin was no longer broken, the swelling both in and out had dissipated by 90% and I was no longer experiencing any discomfort at all... a month later now with only a small scar on my arm, all of us are still marveling at the incredible power of Reiki when driven by such sincere intent.

Dear William,
First of all I would like to apologize for not replying to your letter you sent me in June, it was very kind of you to reply so quickly, and rude of me to leave it so long to thank you. Indeed the distant attunements [I received from another teacher] were in fact a starting point for much bigger things to happen in my life. They have made me thirst for more knowledge of Reiki, so much so that I have now gone on to complete my Reiki 1 and 2 training and attunements hands on and in person, and the experiences were very special, and indeed totally different to receiving distance attunement, I am also going on to do my Reiki master/teacher. My teachers are two very special people and indeed new friends, and you are in fact part of my lineage now and I feel very honored by that. However the main reason for my writing to you is that I intend starting a small Reiki practice eventually as my disablement is disappearing day by day and I am a new man. I have found that people are already coming to me from all walks of life and with out me advertising the fact that I am offering to channel Reiki. I do not charge at the moment but when I start as a business I will need to as I will have to make a living, though I would never refuse anyone. But I am now getting sidetracked again, "sorry" I have had a young mother in her late 30s come to me for help - she has Multiple sclerosis very bad and she is confined to a wheelchair, I have given her two treatment hands on and two distant healings so far it is difficult to get many hand positions on her as I have to treat her in the wheel chair with her feet up on a pillow, the hands on treatments have been for around 45 mins. I want to do the best I can for her, and was wondering if you have had much experience of this illness and the effects Reiki has on helping it. I would be grateful for any help, and I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Reiki Charges Battery
I was recently in need of accessing a couple of telephone numbers from my mobile phone but unfortunately its battery was completely dead and my recharger broken. So being aware of the Reiki energy's ability to adapt itself to what is needed I set about using Reiki to recharge this battery by holding it in my hands and after just a couple of minutes I managed to channel enough energy into the battery to allow access to my address book to be gained!

Several Reiki Healings
My Reiki love to you and your family and friends. With the power of Reiki I came to know about this web site and I think I can learn more and share my rare experience which I had when channeling the power of Reiki to various recipients.

My first recipient is a lady affected by RA. She was, when I met first, not able to lift her limbs and they were found to be crippled considerably. She could not sleep and dine for 15 days (!) and was appearing so tired. The aura was so grey and the face had lost its charm who can be otherwise called as a very beautiful lady. She was weeping profusely and had craved for Reiki sessions at least to get sleep and hunger. It may be interesting to note that after undergoing initiation I started Reiki treatment within three days and I was not told that I should necessarily empower myself for 21 full days. Any God's grace worked differently for me. That lady was able to sleep and take food admirably well and we were so happy.

After 10 days, her limps started moving automatically (even the minutest movement matters much in respect of the crippling disease "RA"). She could not normally lift her legs without help but during Reiki Sessions, the leg will be moving upwards automatically with no effort from her and one could find the inward turn of both the foot. We could see some beating and bubble coming from the knee and knee cap. Even my master was anxious to get it video graphed but the recipient objected to it. But some of my fellow channels witnessed it. Sometimes, my very presence would make the movements possible and some cracking sounds at the joints would be heard audibly. I used to give Reiki with great enthusiasm and in my anxiety to fetch wonderful results, I got my chakras punctured two times that I fell in fever with severe body ache. I sought the help of my senior channels who gave me distance Reiki and I was able to come out of the ailment. Then I asked her husband to become a channel who did so and has been giving her Reiki. The lady is now able to walk freely and lift her hands freely.

Almost 80 % cure has been achieved so far and the doctor himself has called it as a medical miracle. Another interesting thing was that when I attempted to clean up the aura every time, it used to smell very bad. My wife would request me to unclothe before entering the drawing room because of the very bad odor. Once her husband came rushing inside stating that some extreme foul smell similar to burning of a corpse was experienced by him. So the aura got contaminated so much. Though I never indicate any charges for my service with Reiki power, the lady gave me one thousand Rupees (25 US $) ! For a beginner this amount is very huge.

Then continued my Reiki treatment with everyone who came to me seeking this divine Reiki Power. After practicing Reiki as Healer for four years, I have now become Reiki Master and initiated 10 channels so far within two months. I have found new methods to bring early cure.

Let me conclude with this for the present but to continue with another episode concerning the lady next to my house who was suffering from sever head ache and giddiness who is now perfectly alright and has become a Reiki channel herself !

Energy Healing Through Dreams
I have been seeing a Massage Therapist/Reiki Master for about three months or so. I'm not much on one on one conversation, so my therapist allows me to e-mail her. One particular day at work was absolutely horrible, so I E-mailed her to tell her that while running the table saw, a large piece of two by four kicked back and wailed me in the stomach at about 50 miles per hour. It dropped me to my knees. That night while sleeping, I had a dream that seemed very real. I was lying on my back and a hand was on my stomach (not mine). In the dream, there was an intense heat from the hand and I could feel my stomach pulsating into the hand. I woke from the dream suddenly, and the pain was gone. I told her the story and asked her if somehow she had anything to do with it. She said no, not consciously, but she said sometimes when she wakes up, she feels as though she has been working on people energetically.

Doctors Didn't Believe!
A Great Experience! Today, I have to tell one of the stronger experiences I had on my life. Last April, I went to New York to be a student of William Rand, in his Art/Master Classes. I have had studied and practiced Reiki since two years ago. My first level I studied in my country, and last year I went to New York to study with Ana and Carlos Gonzales, Level 1, 2, and ART. As a client, I knew this wonderful way of life, since 1994. One week after arrive in Brazil (I live in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais), in May, a client and friend of mine asked me to see a young lady (32 years old), that had suffered a surgery five days before, because she have had some stomach pains. When doctors analyzed her exams and opened her belly, they decided don’t do anything, because the cancer was in the whole stomach, beginning the metastasis in the liver, spleen, and some organs more. In that night, May/16/01, we have our first time under the Light, Wisdom and Love of The Healing Touch. I gave Reiki to her, since that time. Some doctor wouldn’t want to let her try the chemotherapy, because he didn’t believe in more than two or tree months of life. OK. We went ahead, with one or two Reiki therapies each week, and she faced tree months of treatment (chemo). Today, some minutes ago, a great call. Doctors decided to do a new evaluation and the result is: all the organs are preserved, with normal thickness and aspect. And the stomach had a reduction of the tumor. Now, she will go ahead with chemo, and asked me to go with her, and our blessed REIKI. To each one who some day to read these letter, I say: is the living presence of God. To have Reiki flowing through me is the greatest donation in my life.

Success at work with Reiki
A lady unknown to me approached me through one of my friend.She was going through extreme hardship because her husband was going through a litigation process with his employer.She came to me and requested me to give reiki to her family to enable them to recover.I did that.After 4 days she called me to convey that her husband's employer had agreed to give him no objection letter to enable him to seek another job.It is to be noted that in UAE it is prerequisite for the candidate to get a no objection from his employer if a person is seeking another job.This has brought relief to the family.One small step but has made the whole family a happy lot once again.For them it is gift from reiki.For me addition of one more happy lot on earth. Thank you reiki.

Reiki Healing
I just wanted to thank everyone who channeled some Reiki healing to me for my surgery. I was so nervous and so worried because I have had multiple surgeries and have had many complications after my surgeries that for this surgery, I was so scared. I put in a healing request on this website and it is hard to explain. The Wednesday before my scheduled surgery on Thursday, July 26 to have a right ulnar nerve transposition, I was really fritzed out and could do nothing. I already am limited because of my injuries and my surgeries, but I was so freaked out. Then all of a sudden, I felt this calming presence all over me and I knew that my surgery was going to be okay. I had put in the healing request on that Monday and it said that it would take a couple of days to start. The actual surgery was very successful and I had no complications and I came out of the surgery fairly easily. I am now starting the long road for therapy and will still need Reiki healing to help me complete and have a successful therapy. Thank you! I can't explain everything because I have never had an experience or did I really believe, but after having so many surgeries and so many complications, I knew that I would have to embrace other sources and other healing possibilities.
